  • Meet Your Doctor

    Juan Machado, DVM

    Dr. Machado graduated from the University of Camaguey, Cuba in 1985. He came to the US in 2000 and obtained his license to practice veterinary medicine in the State of Florida in 2005, that same year he moved to Southwest Florida. He began practicing at Crossroads Pet Hospital in Lehigh Acres and later transferred to ForT Myers EVC where he remained for 8 years,  at the same time he practiced at Our Hope Center. In 2016 he decided to go on his own and opened West Gate Animal Clinic.

    In his spare time he likes music, traveling and spending time with family and friends.
